Appointment Cancellation and Amendment Policy

Due to the extra measures we have implemented to protect you and our other clients from Covid-19, we have switched to our sister brand Hearing First's more advanced booking system. All bookings must be made online as a triage form must be completed, and once the booking has been made, you must follow the link in your confirmation email to complete the online consent form.
