Appointment Cancellation and Amendment Policy
Due to the extra measures we have implemented to protect you and our other clients from Covid-19, we have switched to our sister brand Hearing First's more advanced booking system. All bookings must be made online as a triage form must be completed, and once the booking has been made, you must follow the link in your confirmation email to complete the online consent form. We have taken extra care to make sure that the booking process is even smoother than it previously was, and it has been thoroughly tested.
If you would like to cancel your appointment, this must be done at least 36 hours prior to your appointment time, and can be done at this link: https://www.hearingfirst.co.uk/my-account/appointments/
