Was deaf for nearly one month due to wax build up. Tried all the drops. Saw Jason’ s microsuction on the Internet. Booked in East Finchley for the same day as I called and walked out with a big smile and my senses back. Highly recommend. Can hear instantly. I was really pleased with the treatment for removing the wax from my ear. The nurse in my GP Practice was unable to remove the wax by syringing even after I had put olive oil in my ear for a week. I decided I would try microsuction after a friend suggested it. I easily made an appointment locally within two days. The audiologist, Mr Jason Levy explained the whole process to me and showed me the microsuction equipment and how it worked. It was very reassuring. The process was completely painless and not too noisy. Two huge lumps of wax and some other smaller pieces were removed from my ear. The whole process took less that ten minutes. Brilliant, and I can now hear perfectly. No more days of olive oil and syringing for me. It will be microsuction every time.

My ears had felt blocked and uncomfortable for sometime and I wasn’t looking forward to having them syringed at the gp’s. I looked online and found that there was an alternative and that microsuction was available. I’m so glad I went! The discomfort was immediately alleviated and I could hear again! I highly recommend getting your ” lug holes hoovered ” as my mum puts it!!

I was suffering with very uncomfortable earwax blocking both my ears. I had the microsuction done and all the wax was removed and I feel much better now. I was very happy with the service and treatment!

Visited clinic and saw a practitioner called Jason. He was excellent, explaining the procedure fully and explaining the equipment. No pain just better hearing! Many thanks Jason

I’m grateful to Mr Jason Levy’s earwax removal job. My ear was swollen and blocked, and medicated ear drops, that my doctor prescribed were not even getting there. After wax removal, the ear healed by itself in days. Great, attentive and very careful ear service. Good and professional advice. Would definitely recommend.

My doctor recommended the procedure. It was efficient, quick and painless. The audiologist who did the treatment was polite and friendly and answered all my questions. I even got to see the inside of my ear through a magnified webcam. An interesting if not very pretty sight..

This was the first time I have experienced microsuction and it is a lot less arduous that the syringing method. After failing to get a quick appointment with the GP nurse and getting desperate, I visited the Pinner location. I was treated by Jason Levy, who explained all the equipment he was going to use, and I found the microsuction procedure is a lot better than the old, traditional syringing. There was hardly any discomfort and I can finally hear properly again. Should I need to have this done again I will call them first. I will also inform my GP and others about this service.

I went to the location in East Finchley and was seen by Jason. Very professional and explained the whole procedure and kit that was being used. Procedure itself was very swift and comfortable. Would highly recommend.
