I got an appointment on the same day I called and it was finished in 10 minutes at a reasonable price. The person who did the cleaning was friendly and professional. He explained each step. Be aware that microsuction can be quite loud. On the other hand it is very effective. Strongly recommended.

No wonder I was having difficulty hearing! It took 30 minutes to remove a large amount of wax from both ears but Jason achieved a great result. My hearing is now so much better. Thank you. I definitely recommend this service and will go back regularly myself in future.

1. I have just returned from my ear microsuction appointment and would like to say how impressed I was with the the procedure itself and the wonderful service delivered by Jason. The procedure was explained in detail before the suctioning began. The whole process was painless and quite relaxing, despite my treatment taking longer due to a large wax build-up in both ears. My ears are completely clear now- Thankyou very much Jason- such a relief!!

I was really pleased with the treatment for removing the wax from my ear. The nurse in my GP Practice was unable to remove the wax by syringing even after I had put olive oil in my ear for a week. I decided I would try microsuction after a friend suggested it. I easily made an appointment locally within two days. The audiologist, Mr Jason Levy explained the whole process to me and showed me the microsuction equipment and how it worked. It was very reassuring. The process was completely painless and not too noisy. Two huge lumps of wax and some other smaller pieces were removed from my ear. The whole process took less that ten minutes. Brilliant, and I can now hear perfectly. No more days of olive oil and syringing for me. It will be microsuction every time.

My ears had felt blocked and uncomfortable for sometime and I wasn’t looking forward to having them syringed at the gp’s. I looked online and found that there was an alternative and that microsuction was available. I’m so glad I went! The discomfort was immediately alleviated and I could hear again! I highly recommend getting your ” lug holes hoovered ” as my mum puts it!!

I was suffering with very uncomfortable earwax blocking both my ears. I had the microsuction done and all the wax was removed and I feel much better now. I was very happy with the service and treatment!
