I’m grateful to Mr Jason Levy’s earwax removal job. My ear was swollen and blocked, and medicated ear drops, that my doctor prescribed were not even getting there. After wax removal, the ear healed by itself in days. Great, attentive and very careful ear service. Good and professional advice. Would definitely recommend.

My doctor recommended the procedure. It was efficient, quick and painless. The audiologist who did the treatment was polite and friendly and answered all my questions. I even got to see the inside of my ear through a magnified webcam. An interesting if not very pretty sight..

This was the first time I have experienced microsuction and it is a lot less arduous that the syringing method. After failing to get a quick appointment with the GP nurse and getting desperate, I visited the Pinner location. I was treated by Jason Levy, who explained all the equipment he was going to use, and I found the microsuction procedure is a lot better than the old, traditional syringing. There was hardly any discomfort and I can finally hear properly again. Should I need to have this done again I will call them first. I will also inform my GP and others about this service.

I went to the location in East Finchley and was seen by Jason. Very professional and explained the whole procedure and kit that was being used. Procedure itself was very swift and comfortable. Would highly recommend.

After getting lost in the over-stretched NHS, I turned to the Internet to find a solution to my ear problems. I had been suffering from reduced hearing after a suspected ear infection and felt like I had a constant head/face ache. I called the clinic and could get a appointment the same day. I was seen by Mr J Levy who listened to my problem, examined my ear and showed me what the cause of hearing loss was with a camera, gruesomely fascinating (my ear drums were 95% and 45% occluded by wax)!!!!! Mr Levy then explained the microsuction procedure in detail including differences with other techniques i.e. irrigation and I was confident this was the procedure for me. Within minutes the blockages had been removed and my hearing had returned. The procedure was painless and I did not feel dizzy (unlike with irrigation I had had previously). It really was fantastic, my whole face felt better and my ears were clear…..the relief! I would have been waiting one month to see a ENT specialist on the NHS which would have made life very uncomfortable so I am so glad I spent the £70 on this procedure. I would highly recommend it to anyone!!

Went to the East Finchley Cootes Pharmacy for microsuction. This was carried out by a lovely Audiologist named Jason Levy. He explained the procedure and really made me feel at ease. Lovely to be able to hear clearly again and would definitely recommend this place.

1. After suffering with blocked ears for several months on and off I was totally thrilled with my Treatment by Jason Levy. The micro suction procedure is painless and efficient and Mr Levy was very reassuring taking the time to explain and demonstrate what he was about to do. My hearing has massively improved and the sensation after having the wax blockage removed has been such a relief. I will definitely be visiting again should I need to. Many thanks for taking the time and care to help me.

I went to the treatment centre in Welwyn Garden City where I was welcomed by store staff and seen promptly by Jason who did the treatment. He was extremely reassuring, explained the treatment in detail and showed me round the equipment. The procedure was pretty easy and painless and both my ears felt a lot clearer afterwards. I’d certainly recommend this to anyone experiencing problems with blocked ears.
